This debt is not subject to a judgment – its gone to 3 different agencies for collection. Check your credit report and see how Chase handled it (it should show as "charge-off") and if other creditors are claiming you owe them money on this original account. If you do pay, which is stupidity at its best, as you get no benefit at all, pay by money order. Remember the reason why these collectors can’t give you the "Pay to delete" option is that they do not have a legal right to give credit agencies reports on their collection activities. Hang tough!
