Tell her you dont have the money and maybe this will teach her that she needs to live with a budget. This is a never ending cycle and it is not going to stop I know it will hurt but it is for the best.Whatever you do, do not co sign for your mother. Your mother is taking advantage of you and you are becoming her enabler. One of my relatives was always having financial difficulties. I gave her a total of $6,000. She never made an effort to pay me back even when she was making more money than I was. She never stopped asking for more. I realized that her difficulties were never going to stop. I stopped giving her money. The last time she called me to tell me that she was about to be evicted, i listened and empathized with her situation, but I did not give her once cent. She must have found someone else to give it to her because she has not been evicted.
If you keep giving your mother money you will eventually be in the same situation as hers. This type of people don’t care about your problems. They only see theirs. If I were you I would move to another state.
