Any trustworthy Debt consolidating organizations?

Posted on 11 August 2009 by Debt Helper

There are many websites and companies offering these services but you really need to be careful as most of these companies are taking advantage of your situation and are rip off. I learned this hard way. You can check out all kind of scams information on http://www.mortgagescaminfo.com and make sure to ask all the right questions before you trust anyone.I have never used one personally. However, I have a credit card with Bank of America and about 2 years ago I had a very high balance on the card. They offered me their services of a Financial Debt Consolidation with a company they use. I talked to the people, and they were very nice. Depending on your income, it could be a free service. So my suggestion for you is to go through a company you already trust. They won’t let you down. Call a company you use for a credit card and talk to them about recommendations, or if they use a company for it. Get quotes though first before saying yes to anyone. Then go see how much it is to get a personal loan to consolidate debt at your local banks. It may be a lower interest rate to go through your bank and pay off the credit cards/bills with one loan. Good Luck!Well Friend I guide to the site from where my cousin Settle its debt.
He Told me that there were some sponsors link i that he checked one by one .
You go to the site and check out sponsors check for the lowest fees .
But Now my cousin is free from debt.

then Go to Debt Consolidation

Take Care,
Byehere is how they work. the credit cards you want consolidated, well you don’t get to pick and choose, it’s everyone you owe money to.

they have a chart so to speak as to what the company will accept.
say your monthly bill for one is $200. the credit card company
will have listed they will accept no less than $75 now this is just an example, i have no idea who you owe money to and what their agreement is with consolidation companies.

it’s not like you can go there and say i can only afford $500 a month for everything. only if it were that simple.

now, how do these free companies to you get paid….the credit card companies give the consolidation company a commission.

another little tid bit. once you agree to this, bye bye to the credit cards. even if you pay them down you can not use the available credit. just part of the deal.

an attorney years ago told me, if you want to equate bankruptcy with murder just to show you the degree of the effect on your credit, then using one of these companies is the equivalent of manslaughter,

the best thing to do, if you can, is use one of the credit cards you have and transfer the accounts all to one card with the lowest rate,
they tell you not to cancel any cards you have but are not using as it shows you have a higher line of credit. but in order for this to work you need to never use the other cards while you are paying off the combination loan..

you can have a first meeting with an attorney for free, well look in the yellow pages of the phone book, a lot say consulation meeting free.
find one who deals in bankruptsy. just find out with the amount of debt you have and the fact you are already putting your credit in the toilet by paying late, would a bakruptsy be more practical.

20 years ago i was so far down a hole there was no rope long enough.
i filed for bankruptsy, all my bills were gone. the money i made every week i was able to save. i found within a year credit card companies were trying to sign me up again, as you can only file bakpuptsy once every 7 years…if i screwed up again, there was no way out.

when i bought my house, they only wanted to know if the final judgment at bankruptsy court was at least 3 years ago. i paid a higher interest rate, but as soon as the bankruptsy was off my account in 10 years i refinanced.

i now have no bills, a 780 credit score, i own my house and my car
and it’s wonderful…

good luck
