How would I get out of this credit card debt?

Sometimes you can just call the CC company and ask. If that doesn’t work and you aren’t able to lower your payments you could get another side job, say on the weekends, which could go towards the debt. I owe about $11,000 for CC and for college loans, so I def. know how you feel.Get a low interest ‘Consolidation Loan’ and pay the lot off in one hit.
$13,000 isn’t that much really.
Destroy your credit cards (replace them with a debit card) and live on what you earn, if you want something, save for it or put it on Lay Buy.
I learnt my lesson back in the eighties and have never had a credit card since. I earn good money and owe nothing, it’s a good feeling to know that after basic living expenses are paid (rent food etc) what’s left is “all mine”
You don’t need the latest new toy ( computers, iPod etc etc) as soon as it’s released, wait a couple of years and buy it for a “fraction” of the price.
Don’t be one of the mugs who pays for the research and development of new technologies, wait a while let the ’sheep’ do it.It is very important to manage your debt wisely. At one time I had several department store cards that had a 19% to 21.99% APR. Fortunately I kept small balances and paid them off as soon as I could.
